Amend/Cancel Orders

We are really quick at packing your order. This means that you are not allowed to amend or cancel your orders once it has been placed. So, do check your order(s) before checking out! 


We can only provide returns and exchange for defective/incorrect item.

Defective/Incorrect Item

Our sincerest apologies if you have received a defective/incorrect item(s). Please email us at help@tny.sg within 10 working days upon receiving your item(s). We will reply you within 2 – 3 working days.

Should the item run out of stock, you will be allowed a one-to-one exchange of an item that is of the same or lower value. Returns or exchanges are allowed only ONCE.

Conditions of returns/exchanges

Returns or exchanges can only be done for item(s) with the tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If any of these conditions are not met, your request for returns or exchanges will be declined.

Strictly No Cash Refunds

Please note that there is strictly no cash refund. However, we provide one to one exchange for defective/incorrect item(s).

All returns and exchanges will be done via mailing only.

 **All returns/exchanges are based on case-to-case basis.
